Fiscal YE cutoff- to request NEW purchase orders

• Please verify that any items being ordered will be received no later than 5/10/27, with signed invoices submitted no later than NOON on 5/11/27

Fiscal YE cutoff- to request a check payment

• Please keep in mind that all meal advances, purchase orders, recruiting advances, etc. MUST be closed out and reconciled prior to NOON on 5/18/27

Fiscal YE cutoff- to submit deposit requests (Husky/ CA Budget)

• These may include account deposits, ref pay refunds, etc.

Fiscal YE cutoff- No credit card swipes are to occur during this time period, all credit card transactions must be done, reconciled and entered into the system prior to the audit

• Any transactions that occur between your last statement and 5/16/27, must be reconciled on your end and submitted properly no later than 5/18/26 by NOON
