Biography
Dr. Tolan is an assistant professor in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department at the Â鶹ֱ²¥ of PA. She earned her clinical doctorate, Au.D., from the former Bloomsburg University – now the Â鶹ֱ²¥ of PA. She also completed her Ph.D. in Education Leadership from Alvernia University. Her clinical career includes extensive experience diagnosing, treating, and studying vestibular disorders in private practice and as a contracted civilian employee with the DOD. Her research interests include vestibular disorders and treatment options, vestibular clinical practice guidelines, leadership studies, and developing clinical leaders. She is a licensed audiologist in the state of PA and a long-standing member of the America Academy of Audiology (AAA) and the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association (ASHA).
