Strategic Communications and Marketing serves as enthusiastic ambassadors of the university’s brand while working to showcase the value of a Âé¶¹Ö±²¥ education by capturing and sharing the stories of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partner organizations.

The Division of Strategic Communications and Marketing is organized into five distinct areas that serve the university community:

Enrollment Marketing

The Enrollment Marketing team is responsible for content development, design, implementation, and analysis of enrollment marketing campaigns in partnership with Enrollment Management.

University Marketing and Brand Management

This team is responsible for implementing brand strategies, awareness and reputational marketing initiatives, as well as other engagement and promotional marketing efforts.

Logos, Licensing and Trademarks

University Web Team

The University Web Team is responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving the university’s digital presence. Its purpose is to ensure the university website is accessible, user-friendly, visually consistent, and aligned with the institution’s brand and strategic goals. The team collaborates with departments to deliver accurate, engaging content that supports students, faculty, staff, and the wider community, while upholding best practices in web design, usability, and accessibility.

Strategic Communications

The Strategic Communications team is responsible for internal and external communication, media relations, editorial content, and crisis communication.

The TRIAD Newsletter

Athletic Communications and Marketing

Formerly known as Sports Information, this team is responsible for promoting the three distinct athletic brands, our student-athletes, and athletic program successes. Each campus-based lead is responsible for game-day statistics, media relations, and streaming, as well as the athletics website, flagship social media accounts, and enrollment marketing alignment.
