The experience provides a musical talent show for children and adults with exceptional needs located in the Clinton, Centre and Lycoming counties. The theme for this year's celebration is "A Day on Broadway." Classrooms and organizations will create unique performances to personally selected music aligned with the theme.

In 2025, over 500 participants were involved, with more than 600 community members in attendance.

The event is free and open to the public. Event sponsors include: the Clinton County Community Foundation, Bayada Home Health Care Services, Clinton Control and individual/family donations. Lowe's of Mill Hall will donate all water and paper products for the participants and other area businesses will donate gift cards for solo performers.

Sponsorship opportunities are still available for this year's event through the Recreation for Exceptional Citizens' account through the Lock Haven University Foundation.
